VERTEX cookware has been designed and constructed with the finest quality materials to last and is covered against manufacturer’s defects for 25 years.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to, overheating, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, or improper cleaning. Changes to appearance over time are normal, cosmetic blemishes or surface imperfections should not affect the performance and are not covered under our 25-year warranty. Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product, along with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable. Our warranty only covers products purchased new from Ocean Sales Group Ltd.. Commercial or restaurant use is not covered under this warranty.
Ocean Sales Group Ltd. will replace any damaged products covered by the warranty; however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

My sister got me a set of these and I am absolutely in love with them. The key is to have a low temperature when cooking as they do heat up really well. I use small amount of oil just for flavour. Excellent for searing steaks.

I am enjoying my set of Vertex cookware. They heat thoroughly and do not need a lot of oil to cook with. Know what you are buying, they are AWESOME! Require less heat than any other cookware especially eggs. I use less oil in my cooking than usual. Clean up is a breeze!!

From the very get go nothing but disappointment. From simple fried eggs and everything else I try to cook, it sticks. I’m not sure this was such a great investment.

Bought at a home show. The guy demonstrated with scrambled eggs with no oils, he blowed them off the pan with a quick burst of air. I was sold and bought the set. I am however disappointed as when I cook eggs at home they stick a lot even with oil/butter. Not what I expected.

It is possible that there could be some minor sticking with certain types of foods, especially at first. However, please keep in mind that our product is a hybrid quick release cookware designed to be both non-stick and durable for many years. Here are some tips you may find helpful
• Preheat the pan properly before adding food. If you sprinkle water drops into the pan, sizzling water indicates it’s perfect, but if the water
drops evaporate, your pan is too hot.
• Once your pan is at the right temperature, add oil to help prevent food from sticking.
• Avoid using high heat until you are comfortable with the cookware.
